Hi, I am Gloria, an Australian Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), US licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and
Senior Engineer with 10 years of Client, Consultant and Tier 1 Contractor experience in project management
and on-site construction and interface experience in D&C and PPP contracts, including in railway environments.
I specialize in engineering and project management on major infrastructure projects. I am currently a
Senior Project Engineer for the Sydney Metro City & Southwest, Tunnel and Station Excavation (TSE), where
I manages the Sydney Metro TSE Implementation Group delivery scope for Martin Place Station and Pitt
Street Station.
My expertise in this field has enabled me to combine solid civil engineering experience with strong commercial acumen to successfully manage and coordinate complex construction projects. I am backed by a PE License, MIEAust Chartership, a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, and 10 years of local Australian and international, cross-functional experience working with high profile global companies, such as Bechtel and GE, on complex mega projects for metro stations, tunnels, aviation and nuclear power. I'm not only a field engineer, I can speak the language of the most commonly used tools and softwares that are implemented in my area of expertise.
